School Year Programs

School Year Programs Information

Newton’s Attic will offer a limited selection of STEM classes, workshops, and special events throughout the school year.

• Registration will open on a program-by-program basis. New opportunities will be added as dates, instructors, and activities are confirmed, so families are encouraged to check back regularly.

• As we work to rebuild our school-year programming, the number of programs and available spaces will initially be limited. Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and we encourage families to join a waitlist whenever one is available.

• Programs will be offered for a variety of grade levels and may include engineering challenges, science activities, robotics, shop projects, outdoor adventures, and other hands-on Newton’s Attic experiences.

• Program length, meeting times, and pricing will vary. Some opportunities may be single-day events, while others may meet over several days or weeks. Please review each individual program listing for complete scheduling and registration information.

• Activities may take place indoors, outdoors, or in a combination of both. Families should review each program description for clothing recommendations, required supplies, age restrictions, and other important details.

• Different program names indicate different projects and activities. When the same program is offered more than once, it will generally include the same or similar content unless otherwise noted.

• While you are waiting for additional school-year programs to be announced, be sure to check out the Robot Gladiator League (RGL) for opportunities involving engineering, teamwork, competition, and hands-on robot building.

SKIES OVER ARADYN:

Our first school year program of 2026

Skies Over Aradyn is a family-friendly nighttime event designed to help children and adults explore the wonders of the night sky together. This year’s program will focus on the moon and will include engaging classroom lessons, opportunities for moon observation, and time to enjoy the peaceful evening atmosphere at Aradyn.

Families may also choose to camp overnight and join us for a morning hike the following day. At this stage, registration serves as a pre-registration so we can share complete event details, including the finalized schedule and times, as soon as they are available. Please use the *REGISTER HERE* button to complete your registration. Pre-registration is free, but it doesn’t guarantee a spot at the event. Pre-registrationdoes help us curate a contact system for truly interested families.

DATE: October 24 – 25, 2026
LOCATION: Aradyn Campus
Aradyn is the Wolfe County Campus used by Newton’s Attic for outdoor field skills and STEM programs, and it is in a rural mountain area near Campton, KY.

Please Bear With Us as We Rebuild

We are working to build our school-year programming back up, so our initial selection of classes and special events will be limited. Space in each program will also be limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage families to register early.

We appreciate your patience and support as we continue adding new opportunities throughout the year. In the meantime, students interested in engineering, teamwork, and competition can check out the Robot Gladiator League (RGL) and see how they can get involved!
