Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you agree to these terms.

Permitted use

You may use our apps only in the ways we explicitly allow, and in compliance with applicable law and the terms of the app store or platform you obtained them from.

No warranty

Our apps are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newton’s Attic Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Ownership

Our apps, and the Newton’s Attic and Robot Gladiator League names and logos, are the property of Newton’s Attic Inc. and may not be used without our permission, except as allowed by the app store terms under which an app was obtained.

Third-party services

Some of our apps connect to third-party services to function. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of an app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
